A native of Iowa, Debbie Craig brings over three decades of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, management, and development. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education for the Visually Impaired from Illinois State University.
Earlier in her career, Debbie served as Chief Advocacy Officer at Four Oaks Children and Family Services, where she played an integral role on the senior management team. In this capacity, she led the organization’s advocacy and communication strategies, contributed to strategic planning efforts, and served as a key ambassador at events, conventions, and policy discussions.
In 2024, Debbie launched her own consulting firm, shifting from her nonprofit executive role to pursue a broader impact across the sector. Her firm specializes in strategic planning, branding, and the development of innovative tools designed to empower organizations with purpose and precision. Debbie is a dedicated nonprofit consultant, philanthropy advocate, connector, and community builder.
